ABOUT THE MOTHERSHIP:
The Mothership opened their doors on March 1st thanks to the overwhelming support from Kickstarter donors, who raised more than $33,000.
The Mothership is the brainchild of Chef/Owner Stephan Boillon, owners of El Floridano food truck, which made its debut in 2010 as one of the only solar-powered food trucks in the country.
The menu draws from several influences, ranging from Chef's Stephan's French background to his time in South Florida. By preparing farm-to-table seasonal ingredients, sustainable seafood, and pastured meats, The Mothership provides wholesome food in an inviting neighborhood space.
