Tommy Talks Speed Limits for Neighborhood Roads

November 8, 2011

Yesterday, Tommy talked with Fox 5's Matt Ackland about the proposal to make the speed limits on small residential streets 15 miles per hour. It's already the speed limit around most schools, but commuter traffic cutting through small residential streets creates hazards for children, seniors and all pedestrians.
