Tommy Talks About Returning Retail in Southwest DC

In Southwest DC, the shell of Waterside Mall has come down and in its place first-floor retail, a re-opened 4th Street, wider sidewalks, better lighting, and new development has taken its place. Tommy is fighting for this type of development to bring retail back to the neighborhood and use the city as a catalyst to deliver on neighborhood needs.
