Reservation 13 in the Hill East community has for too long been a dumping ground for city buildings and parking lots that have closed off the shores of the Anacostia River and prevented the type of smart development needed on the eastern edge of Ward 6. The city is poised to take the next steps and Tommy talks about the future, from a view on the Anacostia, for Reservation 13 and Hill East.
